Unlike general fitness classes, our Reformer sessions are taught by well-trained teachers who understand the importance of teaching Pilates properly. 

Our team is committed to delivering an authentic Pilates experience, rooted in knowledge and passion for the practice.

We take the time to ensure every client is confident and comfortable using the Reformer, helping you to move with intention and develop a deeper understanding of your body.

Our spacious and inviting studio is the perfect place to build strength, flexibility, and a more balanced body – all while enjoying the many benefits of Pilates.

From improving posture to building core stability, each Reformer session is crafted to support you in your journey towards a healthier, more aligned you.

Pilates Personal Training

If you want to practise Pilates on the Reformer but prefer a more tailored approach then our small group Pilates PT sessions are for you.

Small group, tailored sessions focused on the individual client’s needs. Progress at your own pace with the support of highly skilled teacher, incorporates other Pilates equipment for a balanced workout.

These sessions are designed to give you a full body strength and conditioning workout.

Reformer Classes

A group Reformer class is an equipment based full body workout designed to progressively work on lengthening and strengthening all muscle groups.

Classes are challenging and focus on strengthening the entire body to perform and function optimally whilst at the same time giving you a great workout and leaving you feeling invigorated.

Suitable for fit and healthy individuals. Build strength, flexibility, and balance in a supportive group setting.

I’ve been attending Joanne’s classes for 12 months and love being part of The Pilates Hub.
